2. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, embeds no third-party content and loads no external fonts or scripts. There is no contact form and no account. For this reason there is no cookie banner.
3. Server logs
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which acts as our data processor. Like any web server, Netlify automatically records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type (user agent) and referring page. This data is needed to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify states that it keeps these logs for a limited period (up to 90 days). We do not use them to identify visitors.
Data may be processed in the United States. Netlify, Inc. participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing agreement includes the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
4. Email
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request (no longer than 24 months after the last message, unless needed to protect our rights). The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f)). Our email is delivered through our domain provider and read through Google Gmail.
5. External links
Links to other sites, such as Google Play, take you to services with their own privacy policies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data and to data portability (Articles 15-21 GDPR). Write to support@glidersoftworks.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or with the authority of the country where you live.
7. Changes

Questi dati servono a erogare il sito e a proteggerlo da abusi e attacchi. La base giuridica è il nostro legittimo interesse a gestire un sito sicuro (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR). Netlify dichiara di conservare questi log per un periodo limitato (fino a 90 giorni). Non li usiamo per identificare i visitatori.
I dati possono essere trattati negli Stati Uniti. Netlify, Inc. aderisce all'EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework e il suo accordo sul trattamento dei dati include le clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea.
4. Email
Se ci scrivi, usiamo il tuo indirizzo e il messaggio solo per risponderti e conserviamo la corrispondenza per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta (non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo messaggio, salvo necessità di tutela dei nostri diritti). La base giuridica è la tua richiesta (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR) o il nostro legittimo interesse a rispondere (lett. f). La nostra posta passa dal fornitore del dominio e viene letta tramite Google Gmail.
