Sales of apps
Our apps are distributed through Google Play. Prices are shown in Google Play in your currency, including any applicable taxes. Purchases, payments and refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play Terms of Service and refund policy; for sales in the European Economic Area and many other countries Google acts as the merchant of record. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. For any problem with an app or a purchase, write to support@glidersoftworks.com; we reply within three working days.
Use of the apps
Liuto gives measurements and suggestions to help you tune and set up your instrument. Adjustments to an instrument are made by you, at your own judgement; if in doubt, ask a qualified luthier. Nothing in this notice limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Trademarks
Glider Softworks and Liuto are names used by Matteo Cusato. Names of instrument makers and models shown in the apps are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the instruments. Glider Softworks is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.

Glider Softworks e Liuto sono nomi usati da Matteo Cusato. I nomi di produttori e modelli di strumenti mostrati nelle app sono marchi dei rispettivi titolari e servono solo a identificare gli strumenti. Glider Softworks non è affiliata né approvata da tali titolari.
